How to complete and submit your Education Agency Application 

Education Agents are important partners in delivering services to international students.  Please read this article if you are interested in representing EQUALS.

Applying to become an Education Agent with EQUALS

• Please have your current business profile, business registration certificate and other agency related documents at hand. They must match the business name on the application form.
• Download and complete agent application form, taking care to ensure that all fields are completed accurately.
• Ensure your agent application is signed with a hard copy signature (digital signatures are not acceptable).
• Upload the completed agent application and supporting documentation to this link. 

Processing Your Application

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to start processing your application.  Applications are typically processed in full within 20 working days.

Helpful Tips

• Please note all your referees must be from education providers. They will be contacted via email.
• Please make sure that you keep them informed and request them to provide their feedback to us within 3 working days. It will help avoid unnecessary delays in finalising your agreement.

Can you submit any student applications while your agent application is being processed?

You are welcome to submit applications  prior to your agent application being finalised. We will assess both your agreement and student applications together.
