Instructions to access Office365 and EQOnline

Are you logging into your Student Office365 account for the first time, or just the first time in a long time?

Our step by step video guide will help you.

Access your Student email account using these instructions.

Go to the Office 365 login page
Enter your email address. This is your student ID followed by @student.equals.edu.au, e.g. 0100EQU@student.equals.edu.au. Remember not to put EQI at the start of your student ID.
Enter your password. This is St + the last 5 digits of your phone number + the last 5 letters (lowercase) of your surname. For example, if your name was Jane Pearson and your phone number was 0412345678, your password would be St45678arson. If your last name is shorter than 5 letters, use your whole last name. If you do not have a last name, use the last 5 letters of your first name.
Please change your password and set up two factor authentication when prompted.

Success! You have now successfully logged into your account.

Resetting your password

Accessing EQOnline (Moodle) and student portal

You can access EQOnline and your student portal from the list of your Microsoft apps, from your EQUALS Microsoft account.

Resetting password for your student portal

Go to Log in - Learner App (mywisenet.com.au) and reset your password for first time log in by click on "Forgot Password"
Fill in your EQUALS email address as the username and click "submit".
You will receive the mail with your logging details to student portal, to your EQUALS email address.

Accessing units on EQOnline (Moodle)

To access the units on Moodle, click on the "My Courses" on the homepage of Moodle.
