If you do not wish to continue with your course, you can submit an application to Withdraw.

We encourage you to talk with us to discuss your options. It is important to carefully read our Enrolment Variation Policy and Procedure prior to submitting an application to withdraw from your course. Remember, it is important that you submit the right form so read this document carefully.

If you need further assistance or have questions, please raise a support ticket by clicking here and selecting the type as Deferral/Withdrawal.

Important notes:

International Students:  If you are international, valid evidence in support of your withdrawal application must be uploaded with your application. Valid evidence can include a letter of offer from another institute or evidence of a change in visa status.

We take 20 working days to process applications for Withdrawal.  We will notify you of the outcome of your application once we have processed your application.

You are also required to return any valid Student ID card to Student Services.  We may not proceed with your application if we do not receive your Student ID Card. If you are unable to visit us in person, we ask you to break the ID card in two pieces and upload a picture with your withdrawal webform.
