Requesting completion letters

For VET Students:

Completion letters can be sent once the required paperwork is submitted with all course requirements and is assessed as complete. Please allow 10 working days for us to issue your completion letter, and 20 working days to issue your official transcript and certificate. 

Please note that we cannot process completions if outstanding assessments are pending, or your placement is incomplete (including insufficient placement hours). When this is the case, we will contact you to advise on outstanding requirements. 

For HEd Students:

Completion letters are only issued once a student's eligibility has been confirmed through the approval of the governing academic board.
