How long will it take after submitting my log book?
Once the required paperwork is submitted with all course requirements assessed as complete, please allow 10 working days for us to issue your completion letter, and 20 working days to issue your official transcript and certificate.
Please note we cannot process completions if outstanding assessments are pending or your placement is incomplete (including insufficient placement hours). Where this is the case, we will contact you to advise of outstanding requirements.
